MSB Planning Commission Hearing to Repeal Code 17.05 Mandating Public Outreach for Major Utility Projects

On Monday, August 15th @ 6PM the MSB Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Resolution 22-25 to completely repeal Code 17.05 – Essential Service Utilities [Agenda & Resolution attached].  MSB 17.05 mandates public participation in major utility projects.
